Kathmandu, Jan 19 – Nepal has welcomed the recent measures taken towards normalizing the relations between the Republic of Korea and Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, including through the participation in the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics.
Issuing a press release Friday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Nepal hopes that sustained efforts would be made to follow through these positive developments to achieve lasting peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula.
