Kathmandu, March 11 – Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli has secured 208 votes, thereby securing votes of confidence from the Parliament Sunday.

PM Oli had sought the vote of confidence to the government in the second session of the parliament.
Out of 268 lawmakers present in the meeting, he secured 208 votes in the parliament. However, 59 lawmakers from Nepali Congress, the main opposition party, and one lawmaker from Nepal Workers Peasants Party voted against the confidence motion.
