The Hampshire Police have issued a public appeal for information after a man was seriously assaulted at a restaurant in Aldershot.
Between 1.10am and 1.30am on Saturday 2 December, the 42-year-old victim was involved in an altercation with three men in Nirmaya Rodhigar on Victoria Road, before he was assaulted by the group, the Police said.
The victim suffered injuries to his head and face as a result, and was taken to Frimley Park Hospital for treatment. He was discharged later that morning.
The men have been described as Nepalese, two of which were aged around 25-30 years, and the third was described as being aged in his 40s.
Sergeant Steve Jones said: “We are keen to speak with anyone who witnessed this assault, and the circumstances leading up to it.
“The restaurant was very busy at the time with customers. We are appealing for those people to come forward and provide us with any information relating to what they saw, or the people involved.”
