Kathmandu, Dec 12 – CPN-UML has continued its lead in the vote counts of federal and provincial parliamentary elections under the Proportional Representation (PR) electoral system.
According to the latest vote count results unveiled by the Election Commission, CPN-UML has secured 1,574,886 votes while Nepali Congress is in second position with 1,479,657 votes.
Likewise, CPN (Maoist Centre) is in third position with 623,973 votes followed by Federal Socialist Forum with 156,982 votes.
Similarly, Rastriya Janata Party Nepal has secured 99,398 votes, Rastriya Prajatantra Party 97,528, Bibeksheel Saajha 95,408, Nepal Shakti Party Nepal 48,301, RPP-Democratic 32,700 and Rastriya Janamorcha 31,582 votes.
